From the moment the receptionist picked up the phone, to the very end of the experience of having my new unit installed, it only got better & better.
Marty & Jacob came for a scheduled service call & they spent 3 hours for a small fee (which was deducted from the purchase). Very knowledgeable & explaining explicitly every detail of what they found.
After assessing my 15 year old unit and the many issues, it was time to meet with Aran Pelly to discuss getting a new heat pump/AC. He was very, very thorough on my options & also explaining the rebate & tax benefits at this time.
After making my decision to buy a new unit & have it installed by Jason & Xavier with their precise expertise, and explanation of the details & thoroughly answering all my many questions, I couldn’t be happier!!!

“Had to replace a Goodman unit that was just slightly over 5 years old. Extremely disappointed that we needed to have it replaced but Aran was extremely helpful in picking out a new unit and sending comparisons for different units. Jason and Xavier were very professional and efficient. Had the new unit up and running in about 3 hours. Installation looks very neat and professional. Unit is on legs which keeps it out of mulch, dirt, and water. Every unit and natural gas furnace at our home and zoning issues have been completed by All Seasons! Discussed situation and were given an anticipated service timeframe for the following day. Following day, received communication that the service rep was in route, which was within the timeframe provided in the previous communications. “We had a new unit installed. Both Jason and Xavier were both very professional and very knowledgeable on installing the unit. They were also fun guys to be with. They answered all of my questions and were very polite to both my wife and me. When finished, they cleaned up all of the areas they were working in and removed all packing material and the old unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They inform you ahead of time with their photo before their arrival to work on your equipment. Also, the office staff is great to work with.

“Thank you to Jason and Jake who recently replaced our gas furnace and air conditioner. They were able to remove both 20+ year old units and install new ones within a single work day. A problem occurred a short time later with the furnace that was very unusual. Those two technicians, with some additional help from Austin and Aran, were able to troubleshoot in-depth to solve the problem. It took a few days, but they stayed on it (even after hours) until it was 100% repaired! That’s one of the reasons why we stick with the professionals at All Seasons for our HVAC needs.”

“My furnace has been acting up for over 2 years. The company that had been servicing it made virtually no effort to diagnose. When Austin showed up he listened to what I said and fixed what he thought might be the problem. The next day I had him come back. He spent over an hour diagnosing and once the part was in he came back to install.

“From the first time my old heat pump started acting up, until All Seasons replaced it with a new one (Bosch) the experiences I have had with everyone associated with All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning has been nothing but great. Every one that works for this organization have to be the most pleasant people in the world. They came out several times to see what problems I was having with my old unit and this last visit they had with that one they determined that it would be more beneficial for me to invest in a new unit mainly due to the age and cost of maintaining it and/or keeping it running. “Everyone that we encountered from this business was the greatest. They are all very knowledgeable and competent in their trade. We had this heat pump installed in 2009. We have had to call several times to different businesses about different problems that we encountered. On this companies first visit they told us that the coils on both the outside unit and the unit in the crawl space were in dire need of a good cleaning. No one had even checked this before, this was on a Friday. On Monday I talked to Mendi who scheduled our service call for Tuesday. Tuesday morning Stephen arrived at about 0845hrs and had all the coils cleaned, air purifier installed and finished up about 1230hrs. Aran arrived at about 1545hrs, checked all the pressures and topped off the freon for the unit, checked all the pressures and was finished by 1620hrs. I cannot say enough too express how pleased we were with our entire experience with All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for their air conditioning needs.”

We appreciated they were the only company to mention the precautions they took for customers and their technicians in relation to COVID-19. Cody called ahead to see if he could show up early and arrived as promised. After surveying the system, he painstakingly cleaned our multi-filter system. After determining that there was no repair to be made, he explained to us that the system was running, but it could use a complete cleaning of the coil system.

He promptly quoted the options, installed the unit, and had us up and running before guests arrived! “Thanks for everything. Recently we had to replace our heating and air conditioning system due to age and inefficiency. I looked at several local contractors, but one impressed me with his honesty and technical approach. He came in and after we discussed the options, he measured to house, the windows, the ceiling heights, etc. He told me it would take him a day or so to recommend the proper size and type of system. After discussion he told me he was using the ACCA Manual J which I understand is the industry standard and it would take him time to enter it into the computer and get the results. He recommended a hybrid system that uses a heat pump to 40 degrees and then automatically switches to gas. He recommended a 96.5 efficiency gas furnace and an 18 SEER air conditioner. The system uses a variable speed fan which is controlled automatically. Installation of the complete system took one day. He arrived (the owner) and introduced all the workers. They worked in harmony the entire day and completed the installation on a timely basis. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with, very aware of little details. They even cleaned up after themselves. Since installation, we have been very pleased. We never hear this new system run and the temperature is always as set (makes us wonder how it does this). The house is significantly more comfortable and the new heat pump air output is very warm. The new system should save us 5 to 8 hundred dollars a year in energy cost. Highly recommend All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning. Morgan Pelly is the owner. They are in Fletcher, and it is a small company. Most impressive to me is when I asked how long the employees had been with Morgan. They all had worked for him for many years and very complementary of him (he was absent).”
