Location: In Person, Fletcher, NC Pay: $65,000–$100,000+ (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Properly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including but not limited to: heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, hydronic air handlers, oil furnaces, and occasionally boilers (if you have experience)
Accurately build tiered repair quotes, or recommend replacement when necessary
Competent understanding of low voltage circuitry
Collect information for system replacement, and perform sales once skills are acquired
Professionally communicate with customers about problems and solutions, as well as educate customers on parts and products
Write detailed notes for each job and debrief with dispatcher to provide an excellent customer experience
Learn and operate Service Titan Dispatching Software as well as Opportunity Manager Sales Software.
Understand and adhere to HVAC building code requirements
Perform preventative maintenance as needed
Train apprentices when necessary
Various tasks assigned by owners or managers
